Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damage or incorrect.

  • Clear photos of the item or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If  the issue is determined to be an error on or end we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

AP Embroidery By Yours Truly is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once orders have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the shipping provider directly regarding shipping concerns
