Please note:

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

  • During product launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. AP Embroidery By Yours Truly is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have been shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AP Embroidery By Yours Truly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout.
